a. Dance is a physically demanding activity that involves movement, coordination, and physical exertion. It carries inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, falls, collisions, and other injuries.

b. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in our dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and any related activities. It is your responsibility to assess your own physical fitness and health to participate safely.

2. Booking Process:

  • All bookings must be made through our website, which is powered by the Acuity Scheduling platform integrated with Stripe for secure debit and credit card payments.

  • Classes and workshops must be booked in advance

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations made up to one week before the scheduled class, workshop, or course, will attract a 50% refund, minus a 10% transaction fee. Beyond this timeframe, refunds will not be available.

Cancellations on the day of the class, workshop, or course due to illness, will attract a 30% refund, minus any transaction fees. Please notify The Dancers Studio London as soon as possible in case of illness.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Changes to advertised courses

We will always aim to deliver the advertised course but reserve the right to alter advertised programmes without notice. We will aim to communicate with participants about any changes in advance of the course or workshop.

5. What we expect from you - including physical contact waiver

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class or workshop. Depending on the class, late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued.

Please wear adequate attire and footwear for your class or workshop.

You are expected to behave in a way that promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of enrolment.

By participating in The Dancers Studio London's dance classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer. Your enrolment signifies your commitment to adhering to our policies and prioritising safety and excellence in dance education.

As a participant in dance instruction provided by The Dancers Studio London, you understand physical contact may be necessary to facilitate proper instruction, ensure safety, and enhance the learning experience.

You are not obliged to participate in any physical contact and may request an alternative method of instruction.

Unless otherwise stated, in participating in the class or workshop you grant permission for the dance instructor to provide physical guidance and corrections, which may include, but are not limited to, hand placements, adjustments to posture, and tactile feedback.
